A few things to know:
Wild Raven products are made by hand using only natural ingredients and contain no chemical preservatives or emulsifiers. Your balm may soften or separate if exposed to high temperatures — store away from direct heat and sunlight. When stored properly you can expect a shelf life of 12 months.
Please check the ingredients list for known allergens. Even pure natural ingredients may cause sensitivities in some people — a patch test is always recommended when trying a new product.
You may occasionally notice small specs in your balm. These are a natural byproduct of unrefined beeswax — tiny traces of honeycomb, pollen or propolis that didn’t fully strain from the wax. This is completely normal in handmade natural products and does not affect the quality or integrity of the balm.
