Overview

Wild Raven is a small, family-run business based in a rural Tasmanian village. From here, each order is packed and sent out via Australia Post, as courier services aren't available in this area.

Processing Times

All orders are prepared and dispatched within 2 business days of being placed. Since everything is packed by hand in small batches, please keep this in mind alongside your estimated delivery time below.

Shipping Methods & Costs

All order are sent with Australia Post.

Regular Post — the default shipping method for all orders
Express Post — available at checkout if you need your order sooner

Shipping is a flat rate of $12 for orders under 500g. Heavier orders are calculated at checkout based on weight.

Both Regular Post and Express Post include tracking, so you'll be able to follow your parcel's journey either way.

Delivery Estimates

Delivery times vary depending on your location and are estimated by Australia Post, not Wild Raven directly:

  • Regular Post Transit: 3–10 business days depending on your location. Delivery typically takes longer for regional and remote areas
  • Express Post generally arrives faster, particularly to metro areas
  • Customers in Western Australia and the Northern Territory should allow extra time, as these areas are further from Tasmania in Australia Post’s network
  • During peak periods (such as the lead-up to Christmas), please allow additional time for both processing and delivery, as Australia Post experiences higher volumes across the network

Currently, Wild Raven ships within Australia only.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, please get in touch and I'll help track it down using your tracking number.
